Madi is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) at The Centre for Health. In her role, she designs and supervises safe and effective exercise programs for people with chronic health conditions or injuries. Madi’s expertise allows her to tailor exercise to support physical and mental health, manage symptoms, and improve overall quality of life.
You’ll often find Madi early in the morning, working directly with clients in the Exercise Clinic, leading mat Pilates classes, or providing one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual needs. She embraces the philosophy that exercise is medicine, championing its power to maintain independence, reduce pain, and help people stay active doing what they love. Madi’s true passion is helping people use movement to live well at every age, making exercise accessible and enjoyable for all.
Having lived in five different New Zealand cities in recent years, Madi now calls Mount Maunganui home and is committed to supporting her local community’s health and wellbeing.
